Kishu binchotan - 18 cm

One piece of Kishu Binchotan, the "white charcoal", handcrafted in Japan by SORT OF COAL. The white charcoal acts as a natural filter purifying and enriching the water with minerals such as potassium and magnesium.&nbsp First use: Sterilize the Binchotan boiling it for five minutes, then drain the water and dry it in the pot.How to use: Fill the glass bottle with cold tap water, gently slide the Binchotan inside and leave for at least two hours (preferably overnight).&nbsp Refrigerate the purified water for at least two hours before serving.&nbsp When not in use, dry the Binchotan and store it in a container.
